Delivery Policy

Jeddah delivery will be on the same working day if the order is placed no later than 9:00 p.m.. The order will be dropped off an hour after the order is placed. If in case the order was placed after 9:00 p.m., delivery will be made the morning of the following day.

Tamraty is not responsible for failed deliveries when:

  1. The provided address is incorrect or outdated

  2. The recipient is out of town or not available

If delivery is failed, the product will be returned to Tamraty. The product can be picked up from the shop. Another delivery attempt can be made with additional cost. Failure to pick up the item from the shop is not grounds for a refund.

Return Policy

Your order is guaranteed to arrive in perfect condition at the specified delivery address provided. If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of your order upon arrival, please contact Customer Service (customercare@tamraty.com or +966 506 699 300) within one working day of receipt, with a detailed description and photograph(s) evidencing your dissatisfaction, for assistance with a replacement or exchange.
